Hi i’m Amy! i’ve been dancing since the age of 3 and joined the competitive dance team at Canadian Dance Unit when I was 8. I have trained in a variety of styles including jazz, tap, ballet, hip hop, acro, lyrical, contemporary and ballroom. I started assisting dance classes at my home studio when I was 12 and become passionate about teaching dance. I have had the honour to work closely with many amazing choreographers including Martha Nichols, Manny Castro and Nick Lazzarini. I am entering the fourth year of my undergraduate degree in kinesiology honours specialization. I joined Westerns top dance team, HEAT, in my first year at UWO and it has helped me to grow my love for choreographing. I am super excited to be a new executive member of heat dance team in the upcoming season!
